2. User Responsibilities

  • Allow access to the property at the scheduled time

  • Understand that inspections are non-invasive and limited to visible areas

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due upon completion of the inspection unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless an inspection is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, logos, and reports, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Maine, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Penobscot county.
